PURCHASE / SALE AGREEMENT:

Kristine Nicholls agent for Windermere Real Estate Northwest will fill out a purchase/sale agreement with the succesful bidder immediatly following the auction and will assist with closing on the property. First American Title Ins. Co. will contact the succesful bidders and set up times for signing closing documents. A title report will be prepared and clear title will be conveyed at closing.
