Terms and Conditions:
Entire contents of each unit sold as a single lot. You will have 1 minute to view the contents from outside the unit before bidding begins with the door closed. All winning bids are final.

It is the buyers responsibility to return any documents, personal papers, photos etc. to the storage company after the auction.

Successful bidder has 48 hours to remove all items from unit at their expense and sweep clean each unit purchased.

All units are sold "AS IS-WHERE IS" No warranties and none intended. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance

A $100.00 cash deposit is required with all successful bids and will be refunded when cleaning of unit is completed. Only one deposit is required regardless of the number of units purchased.

Payment terms:
Cash, MC and Visa. All units must be paid for in full immediately after the auction and before loading items out.

Driving Directions:
Located on Highway 525, 2 miles south of Freeland. Watch for our sign!
